Why should some injections only be given into the muscle and not the fat? If it seem we are getting a little air bubble when we pull up is it really an air bubble or clear fluid? I didn't expect the body to have air bubbles in it. I was told to be careful not to inject any or bubbles into the person or it can hurt them but I also don't understand how

For new doctors, nurses and students on board, massaging the area after an IM injection is not a recommendation anymore bcz you might dislocate the medicine into the subcutaneous tissue instead of the muscle, plus pulling to check if there is blood is questionable at the moment, studies say it's not of many benefits in comparison to the disadvantages; usually, those areas don't hold big blood vessels and you would have to change the needle and put the patient under another injection. please update me if I'm wrong.

My injections are usually quite painful. Perhaps my wife’s been giving them in the wrong spot so this video should help. I went to a smaller (21g x1”) needle from the prescribed 23g x 1.5” because of the pain.

@Jt I give it to mg husband today april 1st 2024, we both hate needles and dont like the idea but we dont have a choice cause were going out of the country. I had to do it for him he said he feel like a bump he never feel anything like burn afterwards like he gets in his doctors office. Theres plenty of online education about this if she follow the technique you woudnt feel any pain.I read online and watch on here UA-cam different doctors or nurses doing this testosteron injection.Hope you feel better next time.

OMG Nurse Linda I don't know if you ever see these comments as I see this video was uploaded 11 years ago but I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!! I watched a ton of videos this evening about how to do this and you had such a lovely demeanor and were so reassuring...then I read all the comments and so many people said how it didn't hurt at all, which I wasn't sure whether to take with a pinch of salt. Well after drawing lines on my butt and taking about 15 minutes of plucking up the courage to stick the needle in I was absolutely shocked once it was in and it didn't hurt...I mean it didn't hurt at all! Amazing. Thank you so much. So glad I found this video and I hope you are well <3

Honestly, I don't see why any woman would want to get pregnant. Pregnancy puts a lot of strain on a woman's body, and it is very dangerous, and it has a lot of risks, and a pregnancy lasts 9 months. Also, childbirth is very painful. And also, raising children is very hard. Personally, I think being childfree would be a lot better than having children.

Think of it this way, you are giving up on a dream for something that you have long for. This is what infertility is, you grieve the children that you lost or will never meet. It’s heartbreaking and a very lonely experience

@@allisonwelton5926 Most women (like men) don't actually like children. Babies look like mutated prunes, smell like spoiled milk and gym socks, scream constantly, shit all over themselves every 20 minutes, vomit every time you look in their general direction, and need your constant unbroken attention and care. You gotta go to the bathroom? Too bad. You need to shower? Too bad. You haven't slept in 56 hours? Stop being selfish. You need to work to pay the utility bills? Who's gonna watch your baby? A babysitter? That will cost you over half your weekly income, so you're gonna have to start budgeting tight and never spend a dime on something just because you want it. After all, the babysitter is only like 20% the cost of raising a baby. You're gonna have to pinch pennies and barrow money and ask family to watch the kid to save on childcare just to get by and for what? So you can come home to no money, limited food, no time to yourself, and that baby. Screaming, shitting, puking, and totally dependant on you. I don't understand why anybody would jump at the chance to do that, it sounds like a trap. Your hopes and dreams, gone. Any chance at financial success, gone. Hobbies and friends, gone. Just an hour to sit in the bathtub with your thoughts, not a chance. But don't be selfish, have a baby. You definitely won't regret it.

THE TESTOSTERONE LAST LONGER AND IT'S CONSISTENT. INTRAMUSCULAR SHOTS MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD RIGHT AWAY BUT HAS A CRASH FEELING. SUBQ SHOTS IS THE FUTURE IN MY OPINION.
